This is a rather late window in the output of the firm Percy Bacon Limited. Over four lights the window represents the Adoration of the Shepherds. On the left side the Virgin and Child, and with Joseph and an attending angel the words: "Unto us a child is born". To the right four figures representing the shepherds, and the words, "The word was made flesh". In the tracery demi-angels play musical instruments.

The dedication reads:

"To the glory of God and in memory of Caroline Wallis, died September 9th, 1925".

The painting style is very much like the Good Samaritan window at Holy Trinity, Leamington Spa of 1930, and is likely to have been painted by the same hand.

The window is unsigned.
